CONVEYOR BELT type CB55
It is possible to integrate the CB55 conveyor belt in the paper reception system of the
Interpoint 55 Braille Embosser. The Conveyor Belt allows to increase your paper reception
storage capacity and therefore provides a means of easy handling of the printed
documents.
STORAGE CAPACITY
The Conveyor Belt type CB55 can be made to fit your storage capacity needs: with a
minimum length of 1 meter, it can be extended by sections of 42cm until you reach the full
length of
2,80 meter storage space. It can store documents with paper sheet width
dimensions from 20cm to 60cm and paper sheet height 19cm to 34cm. At its full lenght, the
belt has a maximum storage capacity of 30 stacks of 50 sheet (width 60cm, height 34cm).
SAFE and ROBUST
The Conveyor Belt type CB55 is safe to operate, the belts are shielded and 2 emergency
buttons are within easy reach, one on each side of the conveyor belt CB55. A detection
system at the end of the conveyor belt will notice when the conveyor belt is full and will the
operator inform thereof.
EASY to CONNECT and OPERATE
The Conveyor Belt type CB55 is powered through the Interpoint 55 Braille Embosser. No
other external power connections are needed.
The operation of the Conveyor Belt is controlled by 3 elements, a time interval control
setting (defining the amount of movement of the belt), a direction switch(left/right) and a
manual override button. The control box is mounted within easy reach of the operator.
